Donovan Guin is the Practice Lead Tolling and Congestion Charging for IBM Global Business Services. He has led the re-establishment of IBM’s tolling business in North America, and is a member of the company’s global leadership team in tolling and transportation for public sector clients. He also is IBM’s lead for SAP services to US clients in state and local government. And he represents IBM as a platinum sponsor for the International Bridge, Tunnel & Turnpike Association (IBTTA). As part of that role, he also leads a committee on Social Equity & Environmental Justice, as part of IBTTA’s Council of Platinum Sponsors.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the digital customer engagement, e-commerce, analytics and enterprise applications, across multiple roles, from sales and marketing, to consulting and services delivery leadership. Before joining IBM, Donovan built consulting practices for e-commerce and digital platforms across industries, with clients including Johnson & Johnson, Sam’s Club, Autozone, Best Buy, and more.
