Anne-Christin Ahrens joined SAP in 2002 and has been working as a Consultant and Project Manager for various years, where she supported numerous customer implementation projects in the area of Receivables Management as well as Billing and Revenue Innovation Management.  Since 2018, she is part of the solution management team and took over the responsibility for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management in May 2020.

Senta has close to 20 years’ experience in the space of moving people and moving cargo. In the first chapter of his career, Senta acquired hands-on operational experience as a Marine Officer running ships with thousands of TEU capacities focusing on moving cargo. In his second chapter, post MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Senta Joined SAP and has been working extensively supporting the business of moving people from A to B in the Passenger Rail and Transit Industries. Currently, Senta is responsible for the solution portfolio from SAP for Rail and Transit industries as well as the emerging space of Mobilities as a Service (MaaS) solutions that SAP enables for the urban Mobility Ecosystem.

In 2014 NS started the search for a new order to cash (O2C) landscape, as a part of the restructuring of the finance organisation and corresponding IT landscape. In 2015 Eric was business lead, for a proof of concept (POC) with SAP BRIM, showing the NS organisation the potential and capabilities of the SAP BRIM solution in the current and future O2C process, where NS wanted to transform to account based travel. In summer 2016 until 2019 the BRIM project started and delivered the solution for domestic and international trains, with different postpaid and prepaid scenario's; in this period Eric was the head of the building team, with the team responsible for making the blueprint and building the different solutions in the main lines of business.

Stefan joined SAP in 1997 where he supported the specification and launch of SAP’s first industry solution for Utilities as Global Product Management Specialist. Since then, Stefan held various management positions within SAP’s Industry Business Unit Utilities and became Vice President Utilities in 2007. In that role, he is responsible for SAP’s global Go-to-Market strategy for the utilities industry and focuses in particular on the definition and execution of SAP’s bi-modal product innovation strategy based on SAP S/4HANA for Utilities and the new SAP Cloud for Utilities solution portfolio.

Stefan studied Geo-Sciences at the University of Heidelberg and holds diplomas in Geology, Geography and Ethnology. He holds as well a PhD degree for Natural Sciences from the University of Heidelberg.

Before joining SAP, Stefan worked from 1991-1994 as lecturer for Geo Sciences at the University of Heidelberg and from 1995 -1997 at Technische Werke Ludwigshafen AG as Head of Energy Consulting and Customer Service.

Jan Gilg is President of SAP S/4HANA, SAP’s flagship product that encompasses ERP, finance, and supply chain. In this role he has global responsibility for the development, delivery, and product management of SAP S/4HANA, SAP’s Industry solutions, as well as the Digital Supply Chain portfolio. With SAP S/4HANA, customers have the choice to balance standardization with customization when running their mission critical processes with an intelligent ERP system. Jan is also a member of the SAP Engineering Senior Leadership Team.
Prior to his current role, Jan worked at SAP’s IT Organization since 2016 as Head of Enterprise Architecture and later as Head of IT Business Services. He reported to SAP’s global CIO, representing SAP IT internally and externally. In this role he was responsible for implementing a significant portion of SAP’s product portfolio. He drove SAP IT’s agile transformation and in this way his organization was essential in supporting SAP to become an Intelligent Enterprise.
Jan started his career at SAP in Consulting in 2005: He moved to the US in 2008 to lead SAP’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Practice for North America Consulting. He then worked in the Office of the CEO as part of SAP’s Corporate Strategy Group on Portfolio Strategy and in the Office of the CTO before joining the North America Field Organization in various business development roles as Value and Enterprise Architect.
