A former Brazilian Army Officer worked, in the Army, and was responsible for R&D Lab and Logistics. He worked as a Quality Engineer at Volkswagen/Audi in Brazil and Germany in the automotive industry, and as Manager at Embraer Brazil, Embraer USA (Fort Lauderdale – Florida) in the aeronautical industry. He was a Consultant at McKinsey and Company. He worked as an Operations Officer at Grupo Positivo and R&D Global Officer at Whirlpool – Embraco. He is currently Business Management (Technology, Supply Chain, Shared Services, Call Center,...) Officer at CPFL Energia.

Peter Maier is General Manager and co-lead of the industries organization of SAP. He and his team are globally responsible for the SAP business with companies and organizations in the following industries: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, High Tech, Industrial Machinery and Components, Chemicals, Defense & Security, Mill Products & Mining, Oil and Gas, Utilities, Public Sector, and Travel & Transportation, Sports.

Peter Molengraaf, Industry Expert and Former CEO Alliander

Peter Molengraaf has been Chairman of the Executive Board of Alliander (largest Dutch Electricity and Natural Gas Grid Operating Company) for the last eight years. At the moment, he advises large and smaller companies in the field of strategy, energy and digitalization. His specific focus is on companies in the field of sustainable energy storage and EV infrastructure. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Vopak The Netherlands and chairman of the Supervisory Board of Greenflux.

In recent years, Peter also was chairman of Netbeheer Nederland, the Dutch Industry Association for Electricity and Natural Gas Grid Operator companies. Peter Molengraaf previously worked in various management positions at Nuon (2005-2009) and Shell (1990-2014). He studied Informatics at the Delft University of Technology and holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management at the Erasmus University. Afterwards he participated in Executive Programs of INSEAD in Fontainebleau and Singularity University in the US, California.

At Nostrum Oil & Gas, Jan-Ru has been responsible for Treasury & ICT since September 2016. Before that he served as the Group CFO and was responsible for the implementation of SAP ECC at Nostrum Oil & Gas in 2008. Jan-Ru started his career as a technology consultant with Arthur Andersen (now Accenture).

Clive Nicholas, Chief Commercial Officer, Xoserve

Clive was a founding Xoserve Executive member and was Head of Customer Operations between 2004 and 2007. He moved to National Grid in 2007, where he was responsible for developing and implementing their customer experience management strategy.

In 2010, Clive started as Head of Retail Strategy for Southern Water, where he went on to spend four years leading their retail price review, as well as being accountable for their business customers.

Clive worked as a consultant for a number of energy and water retailers, before returning to Xoserve in 2017.

As Xoserve's Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Clive is responsible for managing the breadth and depth of commercial risk and building a cohesive commercial unit within the organisation.

Inge Opreel, Head of ICT, FARYS|TMVW

As Head of the ICT Department Inge is responsible for developing the ICT-strategy and the IT roadmap. She overviews the execution of the roadmap and has played a key role in enabling mobile field service within FARYS|TMVW.

Inge is also responsible for translating business strategy into an ICT-strategy and implements the overall ICT-program to achieve the companies’ goal.

Diana Ramberansingh, Manager, Enterprise Application Services, ConocoPhillips

Currently Manager, Enterprise Application Services, Ramberansingh launched her career at ConocoPhillips, starting as a Midstream Facilities Engineer in 1990. Over her 29-year tenure at the company, Ramberansingh has held numerous roles across various aspects of the business.

Her early-career experience was focused in the Midstream Department, where she managed multiple natural gas and gas products facilities and pipeline projects. She also overhauled and managed the engineering training and development program, supervised field and plant engineering staff as the San Angelo District Engineer, developed and implemented a Women’s Forum, and pursued business development opportunities, including support of the $1B Lobo acquisition.

From there Ramberansingh served in a variety of IT roles, to include leading the Global IT Service Desk, directing IT teams in their delivery of systems and support to the business, and managing IT projects.  In her current role, she has responsibility for the ERP and Application Development Services to the enterprise, and she participates as an active member of the IT Leadership Team.

Ramberansingh’s passion for mentoring has enabled her to cultivate strong relationships, impact employees at all stages of their careers, and promote employee development. By serving on the IT Talent Management Team, she has helped shape career and leadership development within the IT function.  She currently mentors several COP employees and is a strong supporter of the University Recruiting and New Hire programs.

He brings more than 25 years of professional experience as an Oil and Gas subject matter expert. Peter is a distinguished thought leader, strategist, and speaker, with an extensive history of practical experience in downstream refining. He has also published several papers related to oil & gas digital transformation and frequently speaks at conferences throughout North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Frank Ruland, Vice President and Global Head of Industry Partner Management for Energy and Natural Resources Industries, SAP

Frank is part of SAP's Global Industry Partner Management within SAP's Global Business Development and Ecosystem organization. Frank is the global lead for the Energy and Natural Resources industries consisting of Chemical, Mill Products and Mining, Oil and Gas as well as Utilities. Frank is responsible for all partner management aspects across SAP’s various partner programs and works closely with the Industry Business Solution teams from these industries also serving on the SAP internal leadership team.


He has been working in the IT industry with SAP with a special focus on supply chain and outsourcing topics close to 20 years holding various positions in consulting, solution management and business development. Most recently before joining Global Partner Management, Frank was part of the Industry Business Solutions organization at SAP supporting two cloud acquisitions. Prior to SAP, Frank worked in the automotive industry at the interface between IT and the business departments. Frank attended the Executive MBA program from Mannheim Business School and ESSEC in Paris.

Richard Sandall, Chief Product Evangelist, Innovapptive

Richard is Chief Product Evangelist for Innovapptive’s supply chain mobile applications, covering warehousing, inventory management and transport. He is responsible for supporting global business development by providing in-depth knowledge on supply chain operations and business processes. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Innovapptive responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization and advising on the product Roadmap. Prior to joining Innovapptive Richard worked for Shell in both Downstream and Upstream operations. In Downstream he led the successful deployment of Shell’s global standard SAP system (GSAP) in the lubricants business across 37 countries, this included deployment of standard business processes, a new organization, warehouse/transport systems, supplier collaboration tools and key performance indicators. Richard’s most recent role at Shell was as Global Warehouse Lead, where he was responsible for Operational Excellence in 200 Upstream warehouses globally. Major achievements included developing the warehouse IT strategy, standardization of warehouse designs, implementing new commercial arrangements and ensuing that best practices were implemented across the warehouse network.

Jean-François is a Research Manager with IDC Energy Insights Europe conducting EMEA-focused research providing full coverage of the utilities industry value chain. Segalotto leads the "European Utility IT and Operational Technologies Strategies" advisory service, which provides full coverage of the utility industry value chain. In his role, Segalotto covers a wide range of industry-specific themes, including smart grids, mobility, Internet of Things, connectivity and networks, and business systems supporting smart customer operations and digital transformation.

Eirik Solberg, Tribe Lead, Equinor

Eirik Solberg, Tribe Lead, Equinor

Eirik currently holds a role as Tribe Lead for «Digital Supply Chain Inc.»  a pilot for new ways of working and a part of the Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) program in Equinor.

He is particularly interested in technology and how we can utilise new tech to drive business transformation. Eirik's passion for entrepreneurship and lean startup is also an important drive in his daily work. After absorbing lean and agile for several years, customer focus is a part of his DNA.

Working with cross-functional teams has really taught Eirik the true value of business agility and customer centric focus, and that agile does not equal scrum. It’s all about adaptability for all involved, and IT/digital is a part of the business strategy, not a loose coupled arm which it has been for a very long.

Trough his professional career, Eirik has developed significant expertise within Digitalization, SCM, Strategy, Governance, Lean, Scrum, Agile and Project management.

Stephan joined Shell in 1996 and started in Lubricants covering various Sales, Marketing and General Management roles. Following his commercial career, Stephan worked in business transformation and global IT projects, such as GSAP for Shell Downstream. For 10 years, Stephan worked in different Supply Chain Management roles. In his current role, Stephan is part of the central LMMM (Logistics Materials Management and Maintenance) CoE (Centre of Excellence) and is responsible for warehouse strategy and implementation.

Jan is the Global Technology Officer and the Global Technology Consulting Lead for the Resources operating group. Accenture’s Resources operating group serves a set of Resources-relevant industries: Energy, Utilities, Natural Resources and Chemicals.


As the Resources Group Technology Officer, Jan is responsible for Technology Consulting, Technology Platforms and Growth of the Technology Portfolio. In this role, he is responsible for helping Accenture and Resources clients define their IT Strategies and leverage emerging technologies to create differentiation and sustainable value in their business. Responsibilities included: Technology Consulting - architects our clients’ transformation journeys, harnessing disruptive technology changes to drive competitive advantage; Digital – Analytics, Mobility, Social and other digital technologies; Infrastructure Services– Technology/Infrastructure/Cloud Consulting and Outsourcing; Next Generation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); Other Technology enablement through our Resources Business Services.


In this role, Jan is looking after major platform alliances and assessing the technology industry platforms and start-ups in terms of fit to Accenture’s strategy and investment perspective. I believe that technology is no longer simply a business enabler – it is the driver of unprecedented business innovation spanning virtual and physical realms. Social, mobile, analytics, AI, robotics, cloud platforms, security, connected devices and the Internet of Things, are creating new opportunities for businesses to provide better experiences.
