Assistant (m/f/d) – International Events

We are looking for a for an enthusiastic, flexible assistant (m/f/d) who is looking to pursue a career in the events industry. Your responsibility includes:

Your profile
  • You handle event registrations and reporting pre and post event
  • You offer ad hoc support to our event logistics and operations team
  • You support our shared services team with credit control
  • You attend events on-site to support registration and the on-site delegate experience
Your mission
  • You are at least educated to graduate level (minimum 2nd class degree)
  • You are excited by running events and are looking to pursue a career in events
  • Ideally you have some experience of working in a busy high-octane environment
  • You have strong competences using the Microsoft Office Suite, most notably Excel
  • You enjoy working with people and building relationships
  • You are organised with strong attention to detail, enthusiastic and flexible self-starter
  • You own professional manner and excellent client-facing skills & communication skills
  • You work well under pressure and capable of prioritizing tasks
  • You are flexible to travel internationally
  • You are business fluent in English, a second European language would be an advantage
