If the customer does not wish to switch their participation to another event, we will refund the conference participation fee in full.

COVID-19 Update

T.A. Cook and SAP continue to work together to plan and prepare for the best possible events under the circumstances.  We feel it is important to continue to be positive and creative, and to encourage our customers to look forward to a time when a degree of normality will be restored.

We recognise, however, the need to be flexible and to make adjustments at this time. For example, we are already anticipating a requirement for physical distancing and changes to the on-site layout to ensure the safety of participants.  We are preparing options for remote contributions should some of our speakers be unable to travel to the events. All suppliers and venues we are working with will adhere to the latest government guidelines.

The safety and well-being of our customers, partners and staff remain of paramount importance.  We continue to monitor the situation closely in all the host cities and are taking guidance from the relevant authorities.  We will issue further updates as more information becomes available.
